Immersed in the pristine hills of the Valdichiana, we carry on the food traditions of our ancient land, maintaining the systems of production intact with constant attention to hygiene and under the strictest control through all phases of production.
The creation of a product of excellence comes with a set of precise rules and a few secrets all along the chain of production, but the raw materials for this are fundamental. Aldo Iacomoni and his son Giorgio personally oversee the environment where the livestock they intend to use are raised and then begin the preparations in the production area in Monte San Savino.
